Intimacy, Relationship & Identity Coaching

A Welcome Note from Coach Pau

Welcome to Multiple Truths Land Practice!

Thank you for taking the time, energy, and resources to engage in this work. My role as your coach is to support your self-knowledge, intimacy wellbeing, and liberation, honoring your autonomy and lived experiences. I am here to help you honor your full humanity and the humanity of others.

My practice is rooted in:

  • Interdependency and shared power.
  • Uncolonization and challenging binary thinking.
  • Anti-oppression through abolishing all systems that constrain healing, pleasure, desire, self-expression, and liberation.
  • Accessible growth, removing barriers so that everyone can pursue their potential: from financial flexibility, to tailoring my coaching to diverse abilities, as well as, offering sessions mainly in English, Galician and Spanish.
  • The multiple truths theory: truth is multidimensional, so a single reality can have many valid, sometimes conflicting, interpretations depending on perspective and context.

My work is not neutral. It is a refusal to replicate systems of non-consensual control and punishment under the guise of professionalism. I hold my practice as a space of shared responsibility, built on care, growth, and respect, dedicated to our healing, education, resistance, and pleasure. Liberation of All is the ultimate goal.

What is Sexistential Coaching?

It’s intimacy, relationship, identity, and sex coaching that supports your full human experience through the lens of sexuality. Sexuality is deeper than sex: it's about our innate need for connection, pleasure, belonging, and embodiment. We live in a society obsessed with sex yet terrified of talking about it honestly. This creates shame and inauthenticity. My coaching brings these "forbidden" topics into the light to liberate you, and therefore, us -humanity.

In our sessions, we will work towards removing the obstacles you identify as your current “problems” by:

  • Exploring your desires, boundaries, and beliefs in a healing-oriented, non-judgmental space.
  • Practicing communication and tune into your mind, body, and essence/soul/spirit.
  • Learning techniques for (more) pleasure and connection with yourself and others.
  • Setting intentions and building skills without diagnosis or "fixing."

Attention! This is not therapy. And you ask, “Wait! What’s the difference then?” In short: Coaching is present- and future-focused on education and action (e.g., “What happened with my libido?”, "How can I feel relaxed in a sexual encounter?”, “How can I build the sex life I want with my partner/s?"). Therapy addresses deeper mental health and past trauma (e.g., "Why don’t I feel sexual at all now?”, “Why am I struggling in sexual encounters and what deeper healing is needed?", “Why don’t I have a fulfilling sexual life with my partner/s?”). Coaching and Therapy are 100% compatible and complement each other extremely well.

What can Sexistential Coaching do for you?

Reclaim pleasure, improve communication, understand your desires, build confidence, navigate life changes, learn practical skills, etc. In short: remove obstacles related to your sexual self. And what does “sexual self” encapsulate? Who you are sexually and in relation to others, what you feel (desire, pleasure, fear, shame, joy), what you believe (ethics, values, stories), what you do (communication, practices, behaviors), and how you connect to your own body, to your culture, and to partner/s.

Please note: No nudity or sexual activity take place in sessions.

A note on safety: I prefer to use the term “healing-oriented space” instead of “safe space” because I can commit to a healing-oriented space shaped by intention, accountability, and repair, but I cannot commit to an ideal of perfect safety… that’s humanly impossible!

About Coach Pau

The missing photo is intentional -I’m a real person, pinky swear! Let’s challenge what “looks/is professionally expected”. Free of judgment, what truly matters when choosing a practitioner: appearances, titles, genuine alignment of skills with your needs, or any combination of these?

My journey has been shaped by emigration -collecting a mosaic of jobs, a fluency in five languages, and immersion in diverse sociocultural contexts-, a deep belief in reinvention and growth, and a life-altering accident that introduced me to invisible disability and chronic pain, making embodiment and somatic practices a crucial survival tool for me. Through it all, my core remains: I am a fronterize, and a fisherman’s grandkid; taught by the ocean, my provider, that a power greater than us all exists, and by the border that different cultures share one humanity.

All of this is why I don’t coach from a textbook but from the "in-between": a space I inhabit through my non-binary identity that expands beyond gender, bridging heart-led wisdom and strategic action, collective thinking and sacred solitude, and joyful humor with reverent, compassionate silence.

My credentials: I hold dual certifications as a Board-Certified Sexologist (ACS) and a Certified Sex Coach (CSC), credentialed respectively by the American Board of Sexology and Sex Coach U. My mentors say I coach from a place of integrity and heart. My style is a blend of empathetic guide, transparent communicator, and supportive truth-teller. I specialize in creating a healing-oriented space where you can feel secure enough to do your bravest work and grow.

When I'm not working, you'll find me dancing to Afro-Latin rhythms, on a martial arts mat, caring for my many plants, or on a hiking trail.

Positionality: I hold unearned power in many social settings as white-passing, visibly able-bodied, straight-passing, and looks aligned with mainstream beauty standards. Additionally, I was born in a former and structural global empire, I had access to a college education, and I can access my ancestral land. I have access to shelter, food, clean water, medicine, and other daily life necessities, and, at this moment, I am mentally and financially stable. I navigate oppression through some of my identities and experiences: born in a stateless nation under the administration of a modern internal empire, exurban upbringing, Galician-speaker, AFAB, gender non-binary, queer person, immigrant, English learner, invisibly disabled, and human caring for people and the planet while navigating capitalism.

I walk with a sacred truth: I offer my unique perspective, knowing my wisdom is not original, but a tapestry woven from my ancestors and the lands and communities that have nurtured me. For that, I am forever grateful.

In short, I'm a professional guide for your journey back to yourself and to the collective. I've done and continue to do my own homework to be a great companion on the path. Cannot wait to collaborate with you!
